Returns

 

As a small business we do not accept returns unless the item was received damaged due to shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please follow the steps below:

2. Provide Documentation: To process your return, please provide proof of damage, such as photographs of the item and the packaging.

3. Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization and further instructions.

 

Please note that items must be unused and in their original packaging for a return to be processed.

 

All shipping costs are the customers responsibility.

 

Exchanges

If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping or if you wish to exchange it for another product, we offer the option to exchange items, subject to availability.
